Dr. Erin M. Kwolek is a pediatric palliative care physician at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario and Roger Neilson House. She is also a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons certified Pediatric Respirologist and has a Masters of Science in Bioethics from Columbia University in the City of New York. She is an enthusiastic concert-goer and ceramics artist in her spare time
