Dr. Alène A. Toulany is an Associate Professor of Paediatrics at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, and a Staff Physician in Adolescent Medicine at SickKids. She co-leads the Adolescent Medicine Consultation Service and the hospital-wide Transition to Adult Care program, providing care to youth with complex physical and mental health conditions, including obesity and eating disorders. Her research focuses on health system performance and quality of care in transition, and on improving outcomes for youth with chronic conditions.

Jaimie Kennedy is a registered dietitian who has specialized in disordered eating, eating disorders, and those who struggle with body image. For over 15 years, Jaimie has provided patient care, contributed to program development, participated in and published research studies, presented at conferences across the country, and provided education to practitioners close to home and around the world. With limited resources available in the community, she has extended her scope to provide consultation to those who are seeking help outside the hospital setting.
